Lovely Marbles & Sanitations is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer proficiency, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain, update, and analyze business data using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Organize, manage, and maintain digital records through Google Drive and other company systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOMs (Minutes of Meetings).
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information with utmost discretion.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating business meetings, events, and visits.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and administrative reports.
- Provide day-to-day executive support to ensure smooth business operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
