Role and Responsibilities:
Client and Solution Work - Meet clients, ask better questions than they expect, and uncover the real problem beneath the stated one. - Turn conversations into working prototypes - days, not sprints. - Demo solutions that make business value instantly visible. - Keep clients confident and engaged through the full delivery lifecycle. - Spot upsell opportunities, follow up like a pro, and turn wins into case studies. Content and Brand - Create social media content around our products; static posts, short videos, reels, carousels, demos. - Document what we're building: the process, the problems we're solving, the "aha" moments. - Turn prototypes and product launches into engaging stories for LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond. - Help craft solution pitches, presentations, and sales collateral. - Build a feed that makes people curious about what Handysolver is cooking and coming back for more.
Requirement(s):
- Think in outcomes, not features. - Can simplify complex ideas for non-technical founders without dumbing them down. - Know how to make software look exciting on a screen, visually and in words. - Have worked with SaaS, CRM, ERP, HRMS, or automation platforms. - Are comfortable in front of a camera OR behind it (both are superpowers). - Know your way around Figma, Bubble, or similar tools. - Have used AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google AI Studio.
Good to Have:
Experience in: Pre-sales, Solution architecture, Consulting, CRM/ERP implementations, AI workflow design, Pitching to founders, Tech storytelling on social media
