Urgent Hiring | Sr. SAP Basis Lead – Remote, India
We are looking for an experienced Sr. SAP Basis Lead for a 5-month contract with possible extension, working remotely from India.

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP Basis administration and technical operations, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, kernel upgrades and maintenance.
Monitor system performance, availability and capacity and resolve technical issues.
Manage transports, system refreshes and SAP landscape activities.
Support production environments, incident management, root-cause analysis, backup, recovery, security and system monitoring.
Coordinate with functional, development and infrastructure teams for technical requirements and issue resolution.
Support integration, testing and deployment activities.
Coordinate remote teams, provide technical guidance, and maintain technical documentation.
Ensure adherence to SAP Basis standards and procedures.
Required Experience
Strong experience as an SAP Basis Administrator / Lead.
Proven experience managing complex SAP landscapes and production environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with upgrades, patches, kernel upgrades, transport management and system refreshes.
Experience in incident management and technical problem resolution.
Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
SAP S/4HANA experience.
SAP HANA database administration exposure.
Knowledge of SAP cloud/hybrid environments.
Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or rollout programmes.
Important: This is a full-time remote India role with an initial 5-month contract and possible extension. Candidates should be available to join immediately or at short notice.
Pay: ₹911,809.26 - ₹2,329,417.85 per year
