- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language, Angular.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Experience in integrating applications with business processes to enhance operational workflows.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
