The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, organised, and "food-obsessed" Client Servicing Executive to join our team. You will be the primary bridge between our restaurant clients and our internal creative team. Your goal is to ensure that our clients’ visions are translated into impactful digital strategies and that every project is delivered on time and with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the daily point of contact for a portfolio of restaurant clients, maintaining professional and proactive communication.
- Creative Briefing: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for our design and content teams.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines for social media calendars, shoots, and campaign launches to ensure no deadline is missed.
- Quality Control: Review all creative assets (graphics, reels, copy) before they are sent to the client to ensure they align with the brand’s voice and Northbound’s standards.
- Reporting & Feedback: Collate monthly social media performance reports and present them to clients, highlighting wins and areas for growth.
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated on the latest hospitality and social media trends (Instagram/TikTok) to suggest fresh ideas to clients.
- On-Site Coordination: Occasionally attend food shoots or events to ensure the client’s vision is captured correctly
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly to both chefs and creators.
- Passion for Hospitality: A genuine interest in the food and beverage industry. If you follow food bloggers and know the latest "it" restaurants, you’ll fit right in.
- Organisation: Strong multi-tasking skills. You can handle multiple clients and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Instagram and basic project management tools and canava
- Problem Solver: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to think on your feet when a client has an urgent request.
Experience: 0–1 year of experience. Internship experience in an agency or a hospitality brand is a major plus.
