Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented HR Intern who enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced hiring environment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and capable of handling aggressive recruitment targets to help us build strong teams across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct bulk and targeted hiring for various roles.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth interview scheduling and joining.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and candidate follow-ups.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
