Job Overview
Next XR India is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Admin Assistant to support financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, handling basic accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and expense reports.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Manage and organize administrative documents and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational and administrative requirements.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and documentation.
- Handle vendor coordination and support procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate data entry and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Support scheduling, communication, and general administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with accounting tools like Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles (freshers can apply).
