Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hair Transplant Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performing FUE hair transplant procedures independently while maintaining high standards of patient safety, precision, and aesthetic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform FUE Hair Transplant procedures independently.
- Conduct patient consultations and evaluate hair loss conditions.
- Design natural-looking hairlines based on facial aesthetics.
- Perform donor area extraction and recipient site creation.
- Supervise graft implantation and ensure optimal graft survival.
- Administer local anesthesia (where qualified and permitted).
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient counselling.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure OT sterility and follow infection control protocols.
- Work closely with Hair Transplant Technicians and the clinical team.
Qualifications
- MBBS with a valid Medical Council Registration.
- Fellowship or Certification in Hair Transplant Surgery/Aesthetic Medicine is preferred.
- Additional qualifications in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery are an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hair Transplant Surgery.
- Experience in independently performing FUE Hair Transplant procedures is preferred.
Skills Required
- Expertise in FUE Hair Transplant techniques.
- Hairline design and aesthetic planning.
- Excellent patient counselling and communication skills.
- Strong surgical skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and professional ethics.
