Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, caring, and positive learning environment for children.
- Teach and guide students according to the school's curriculum and standards.
- Support children's academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Plan and conduct classroom activities, projects, and learning sessions.
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and well-being.
- Ensure classroom discipline and child safety at all times.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Passion for teaching and child development.
- Ability to handle young children with patience and care.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Teamwork and organizational skills.
Qualification:
- Any Degree with relevant teaching experience.
- Montessori, D.T.Ed., B.Ed., or related teaching qualifications are preferred.
