We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our multispecialty hospital as an in-house design lead, supporting a major expansion involving new hospital facilities.
Responsibilities: Lead architectural design, space planning, and circulation/workflow planning for hospital facilities. Create 3D models and visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray. Prepare Room Data Sheets and coordinate medical equipment layout requirements with clinical stakeholders. Develop interiors design concepts aligned with healthcare functionality. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and manage vendor coordination. Supervise on-site construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained. Prepare complete handover documentation at project completion. Coordinate closely with external MEP, structural, and other specialist consultants.
What This Role Does Not Cover: This position is not responsible for MEP engineering, structural calculations, fire safety design, clinical programming, infection-control design, biomedical equipment planning, or AERB/radiation compliance. These areas are handled by separately engaged specialist consultants.
Requirements: 5+ years of architectural experience, healthcare or hospital project experience strongly preferred, COA registration required, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Navisworks, strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple specialist consultants and vendors.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
