Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning, milling, drilling, or machining center machines.
- Load raw materials and tools into the machine.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Set machine parameters and offsets as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues.
- Replace worn tools and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation and machining processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection methods.
- Basic understanding of CNC programs (G-code/M-code preferred).
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in CNC machining (experience requirement can be adjusted).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CNC Turning Centers, VMC, HMC, or CNC Milling Machines.
- Knowledge of tool setting and machine setup.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or precision manufacturing industries.
Working Conditions
- Factory/manufacturing environment.
- Rotational shifts may be required.
- Standing for extended periods and handling machine components.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
