Key Responsibilities:
- Sharing the location is mandatory during client visits.
- Willing to travel for marketing meetings as needed.
- Will come directly to the head office for weekly reporting.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for security and manpower services.
- Create, maintain, and update client database, and follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and convert them into business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.
- Represent the company at client meetings, expos, and networking events.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
