Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our construction company. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by promoting our construction services and projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and ongoing projects
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about construction offerings
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure engagement and conversion
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferably in real estate or construction)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with construction or real estate terminology
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
