- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system.
- Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Stores, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status from receipt to delivery and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare order confirmations, invoices, dispatch documents, and related documentation.
- Resolve order-related issues such as delays, shortages, amendments, and cancellations.
- Ensure all customer requirements and delivery commitments are met.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer communications, and shipment details.
- Support inventory planning by coordinating with the planning and procurement teams.
- Generate order status reports and MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
