Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales executives, building strong customer relationships, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to sales executives.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads and conversion of prospects into customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting.
