Job Description (JD) – Telecaller (Tour & Travel Industry) Position: Telecaller Department: Sales & Customer Support Industry: Tour & Travel Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Tour & Travel team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining travel packages, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and converting inquiries into bookings. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries. Explain tour packages, travel itineraries, hotel options, and pricing details. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages. Generate and maintain a database of leads and customers. Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Handle customer queries and provide accurate travel information. Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and travel arrangements. Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel. Achieve monthly sales and booking targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. Good computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Internet). Ability to work under sales targets. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Qualifications Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Travel Sales preferred.
