Sales Promoter – Retail/Food Outlet

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and presentable Sales Promoter for our outlet in Yelahanka . The candidate will interact with customers, explain our products, recommend suitable items, promote ongoing offers and help increase outlet sales.
The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to actively approach and engage customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products, ingredients, pricing and current offers.
- Recommend and upsell suitable products.
- Encourage customers to try new and premium items.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain proper product presentation and display.
- Coordinate with the billing and operations teams.
- Collect customer feedback and report common concerns.
- Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, presentable and welcoming sales area.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Good selling, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Willing to stand and interact with customers during the shift.
- Prior experience in retail, food, bakery, sweets, FMCG, cosmetics or mall promotions is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 per month CTC
