- Quantity Surveying & Estimation: Analyze engineering and Good For Construction (GFC) drawings to calculate accurate material, labor, and equipment quantities. Prepare and update the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Client & Subcontractor Billing: Prepare and submit interim and final valuations (RA bills) for work completed on-site. Verify vendor and subcontractor bills against actual physical execution and contractual terms.
- Material Reconciliation: Track inward and outward material movement, reconciling actual material consumption against theoretical requirements to prevent waste and theft.
- Rate Analysis: Assist management in conducting rate analysis for extra items or non-scheduled work based on market trends and labor costs.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor project expenses continuously, identify variances from the budget, and formulate cost-saving measures.
- Documentation & MIS: Generate regular Management Information System (MIS) reports, handle measurement books (MB), and maintain records for audits and claims.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
