About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Senior Captain to lead our restaurant and banquet service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, guest-handling expertise, and experience in fine dining, banquets, and large events.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and banquet service operations
- Lead and train captains, stewards, and service staff
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams for smooth service
- Handle VIP guests, corporate groups, and wedding events
- Monitor table setup, service flow, and hygiene standards
- Assist in menu planning, upselling, and revenue generation
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years experience in hotel/restaurant service
- Prior experience as Captain or Senior Captain preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event service
- Well-groomed personality with guest-focused attitude
