We are expanding our footprint in Gurgaon and are seeking a powerhouse Head of Luxury Sales, Elite Advisory & Brand Networking—an absolute all-rounder who breathes sophistication, commands a room, and excels at turning elite relationships into high-ticket closures.
The Role: What You’ll Do
This isn’t a standard corporate sales desk. You will be the face, the voice, and the driving force of our high-ticket acquisitions, luxury consulting, and brand partnerships. We need a charismatic rainmaker who can navigate high-society networks with ease and close complex, multi-crore deals with absolute grace.
- Network Expansion & Brand Networking: Actively orchestrate and embed RAJX within the elite social and business ecosystems of Gurgaon and Delhi NCR. You will build, nurture, and leverage a robust pipeline of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients, founders, and family offices.
- Elite Consultation & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients, understanding the deep motivations behind wealth preservation and lifestyle investments to offer tailored, high-end solutions.
- Hands-on Deal Closing: Master the end-to-end sales cycle of premium assets—from subtle, relationship-driven pitches to high-stakes negotiations and final closures.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Present RAJX with a flawless personal brand, magnetic presence, and an articulation style that mirrors the quiet luxury space.

- The All-Rounder Grid: You are self-driven and entrepreneurial. You can strategize a market approach on Monday, curate an intimate HNI mixer on Thursday, and close a major deal on Saturday.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Luxury Sales, High-Ticket Real Estate, Private Wealth Management, or Elite Account Management.
- Location: Based in or deeply connected to the Gurgaon / Delhi NCR luxury ecosystem and elite demographics.
- Profile: A flawless personal brand and professional aesthetic that aligns seamlessly with a luxury consultancy.
