The International Patient Coordinator (IPC) serves as the primary point of contact for international patients seeking medical care at the hospital. The IPC facilitates seamless communication, ensures a smooth patient journey, and coordinates all aspects of care, including appointments, travel, accommodations, billing, and cultural support. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional patient experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, International Relations, or related field.
Prior experience in healthcare coordination, patient services, or medical tourism preferred.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.
Familiarity with international healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and visa procedures.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Knowledge of hospital management systems (EMR/EHR) is a plus.
