Consultant - Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (India)

Job Description:
Intellinum Inc is seeking an experienced Consultant – Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (Functional) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining Oracle HRMS applications. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure seamless integration of HR business processes and Oracle technologies that optimize operational efficiency and business performance for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:

Draws upon industry expertise and best practices to implement end-to-end Oracle EBS HRMS-based solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with client business goals

Conducts business process analysis for client HR functions, and works with stakeholders to define technical specifications and functional business requirements

Participates in overall design, implementation, configuration, setup, and systems testing for Oracle HRMS applications, with a focus on functional support of Oracle EBS Core HR modules

Develops functional specifications for configuring business rules, workflows, modifications, user interfaces, reports, and screens, per client needs

Develops and executes test scripts that ensure Oracle HRMS software consistently meets client business objectives

Supports migration activities and troubleshoots integration issues, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy system to Oracle HRMS solution

Develops comprehensive process and technical documentation, including integration specifications, design documents, and end user/training guides

Leads client knowledge transfer and validation sessions

Supports go-live and hyper care activities

Provides recommendations for system upgrades, based on evolving user needs and new features

Supports onsite and offshore teams

Resolves incidents raised through client specific ticket portals, per SLA timelines

Monitors and maintains technical service requests on Oracle SR portal

Communicates expectations and progress to client and project management via regular status reports and updates

Ensures compliance with relevant industry standards, data security, and privacy policies

Stays up-to-date with the latest Oracle HRMS technologies and best practices
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, Diploma, or Post-Grad degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or HRIS

Must have 5+ years of Oracle EBS HRMS experience

Strong background in HRMS functionality, configuration, and support, as well as a deep understanding of HR business processes
