- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and service delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes within IT service frameworks.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and diagnose system issues effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes of service disruptions.
- Skilled in coordinating with diverse technical teams to implement timely and effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and convey technical information to stakeholders.
