Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Managing Consultant – Knowledge Management to lead communication, media engagement, and knowledge management initiatives for Odisha Police. The role demands expertise in content strategy, media coordination, crisis communication, and institutional knowledge documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and disseminate press releases, advisories, official statements, and rejoinders.
- Organize and manage press conferences, media briefings, workshops, media tours, and stakeholder engagements.
- Maintain and strengthen media relations across print, television, digital, and vernacular platforms.
- Monitor, review, and vet all external communication before publication.
- Manage official website editorial calendars and social media content approvals.
- Lead crisis communication through timely, accurate messaging, sentiment analysis, and grievance handling frameworks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for content development and communication outputs.
- Drive knowledge management through case studies, white papers, reports, award documentation, success stories, and publication articles.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience handling a minimum of 2 Odisha State Government clients or PSUs.
- Strong expertise in media management, strategic communication, and knowledge documentation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
