Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Team Lead – Project Management with a background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design and a minimum of 4 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction project management. The candidate will be responsible for leading project planning, monitoring, documentation, coordination, and execution while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Monitoring
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from project initiation to handover.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure complete and accurate maintenance of project documentation.
- Review and manage drawings, BOQs, specifications, RFIs, change orders, MOMs, approvals, and project records.
- Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Ensure all project documentation complies with company standards.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, procurement, design, and site teams.
- Ensure timely approvals for drawings, materials, and technical submissions.
- Resolve cross-functional coordination issues to maintain project schedules.
- Act as the central point of communication for all project stakeholders.
Site Execution & Quality
- Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress inspections.
- Ensure timely closure of snags and successful project handover.
- Promote adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Commercial & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
- Review contractor bills, quantity reconciliations, and variation orders.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for material procurement and billing.
- Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining project quality.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor project engineers, coordinators, and site teams.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Foster collaboration and ensure effective communication across all project functions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
