- Oversee culinary operations across all restaurant outlets to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop, standardize, and update menus in line with brand identity and market trends.
- Ensure uniform taste, presentation, and quality of food across all locations.
- Monitor food cost, control wastage, and maintain profitability targets.
- Train and mentor kitchen teams on recipes, plating, and kitchen standards.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain hygiene, quality, and SOP compliance.
- Collaborate with management on new concepts, menu launches, and promotions.
- Manage vendor selection, procurement standards, and ingredient quality.
- Introduce innovative dishes while maintaining the brand’s signature style.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Support pre-opening setups and kitchen planning for new outlets.
- Drive continuous improvement in kitchen efficiency and team performance.
