Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Tally Prime to lead a team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to Tally implementation, accounting processes, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide team members in resolving Tally-related accounting and statutory queries.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and service requests.
- Handle complex issues related to Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and accounting.
- Monitor team performance and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and CRM updates.
- Conduct team training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, and Technical teams for smooth operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Accounting and Tally Prime, with team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
