- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products/services and persuade customers to purchase.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM/database regularly.
