Job Profile
1. Cafeteria Operations
1.Run day-to-day cafeteria operations smoothly and monitor the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
2.Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards and follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
3.Handle staff issues and resolve conflicts
4.Place orders and coordinate with suppliers/vendors and process invoices
5.Prepare basic cost, consumption reports, and MIS reports.
2. Soft Services Operation
1.Manage day-to-day soft services operations across the facility and ensure service delivery as per the agreed scope and service levels.
2.Oversee housekeeping activities across offices, common areas, washrooms, and pantries and ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met
3.Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and timely renewals of contracts with vendors.
3. Physical and Electronic Security
1.Manage overall security operations across the facility and supervise deployment of security guards and supervisors.
2.Ensure access control at entry/exit points and monitor patrolling, gate control, and perimeter security
3.Manage CCTV surveillance systems and monitoring, and oversee access control systems (cards, biometric devices)
4.Ensure proper functioning of alarm systems and sensors, and coordinate maintenance and upgrades of security systems
5.Handle security incidents such as theft, trespassing, or emergencies and conduct investigations and prepare incident reports
4. Waste and Scrap Management
1.Ensure proper segregation of wet, dry, hazardous, and recyclable waste
2.Supervise waste collection and disposal activities and ensure the timely removal of waste from all areas
3.Identify and segregate scrap materials (paper, plastic, metal, etc.) and ensure proper storage and handling of scrap
4.Support scrap disposal or sale process and coordinate with waste disposal agencies and scrap vendors as per work order allotted by the commercial team.
5. Pest Control Activities
1.Supervise day-to-day pest control activities across the facility and ensure timely treatment for insects, rodents, and other pests
2.Monitor high-risk areas such as the cafeteria, pantry, washrooms, and waste zones and identify root causes and recommend preventive actions
3.Coordinate with pest control service providers and ensure the vendor follows the agreed service schedule and scope
6. Horticulture Activities
1.Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and plants and oversee watering, pruning, trimming, and mowing activities
2.Monitor the health of plants and take corrective action, and maintain the cleanliness and visual standards of all green areas
3.Plan and develop landscaping projects across the facility
4.Ensure vendors meet service quality and SLA requirements and verify work completion, bills, and reports.
7. Medical room Management, Mail room operations, and MIS / Budgets.
1.Supervise mail room operation and courier movement, and ensure timely processing of courier invoices
2.Manage the medical room and ensure medical emergencies and evacuations are promptly handled
3.Procurement of stationery and other administrative requirements as per the request received from the stakeholders
4.Organise events, health check-up camps, festival celebrations and other engagement activities as per instructions from the management.
5.Processing of invoices and Purchase orders/ service orders as per requests received from departments.
6.Provide inputs for department Opex and Capex budgets as and when required.

- Oversee housekeeping and soft services to maintain cleanliness across all facility areas.

- Supervise physical and electronic security systems, including CCTV and access control.
- Handle security incidents, conduct investigations, and prepare reports.
- Manage waste segregation, disposal activities, and scrap handling processes.
- Coordinate pest control activities and ensure preventive measures are in place.
- Oversee horticulture and landscaping maintenance across the facility.
- Manage mailroom operations, medical room readiness, and administrative support services.
- Organize events, employee engagement activities, and health initiatives.
- Process invoices, POs/SOs, and support budgeting (Opex & Capex) activities.
