We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Technology Lead to drive the development and delivery of innovative GIS, Web, and Enterprise Applications. The ideal candidate should possess hands on development expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage technical teams while actively contributing to architecture, development, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Web, GIS, and Enterprise Applications.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and project timelines.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in system architecture, database design, API development, and technology selection.
Review code, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide guidance to the development team.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance, security, and scalability requirements.
Coordinate development activities, resource planning, and technical documentation.
Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and best practices.
Required Technical Skills.
Strong experience in Angular and React based application development.
Hands on experience with PostgreSQL and PostGIS database design and optimization.
Good knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and backend integration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development frameworks.
Experience with GIS and WebGIS technologies, spatial databases, and geospatial application development.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of cloud platforms, deployment environments, and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
Experience with Python D-Jango , Node.js, or other backend technologies is desirable.
Candidate Profile
3–5 years of relevant software development experience with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or senior developer role.
Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong team management, mentoring, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Self motivated, responsible, and committed to delivering high quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in GIS, Remote Sensing, WebGIS, Spatial Analytics, or Geospatial Technologies.
Experience working on enterprise applications, government projects, or large scale platforms.
Exposure to cloud based architectures and enterprise system integrations.
Candidates residing in or near Katraj, Pune will be preferred.
