- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments as per hotel policies.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Upsell hotel rooms, amenities, and other services to maximize revenue.
- Operate the Property Management System (PMS), telephone, and other front office equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception and lobby area.
- Follow hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
