Redefine Immigration is seeking a responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented Visa Filing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, documentation, review, and submission of visa applications while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely filing.
The position will involve handling Study Visa, Spouse Visa, Visitor Visa, and Work Visa applications for Canada, Australia, USA, UK, Germany, Cyprus, Malta, and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit visa applications accurately and within prescribed timelines.
- Review, verify, organize, and maintain client documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and counsellors for the collection of required documents.
- Prepare SOPs, Submission Letters, Cover Letters, affidavits, and other supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing responses to Procedural Fairness Letters (PFLs), where required.
- Monitor application status and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure each application is complete, properly documented, and submission-ready.
- Assist clients with documentation and visa-filing-related queries.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling client information.
Candidate Requirements
- Good understanding of visa filing procedures and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and PDF/document management.
- Knowledge of ApplyBoard, UniZ, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experienced candidates without a degree may also be considered.
Freshers
Freshers with basic knowledge of visa filing, good communication skills, computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
