Job Title: Quality Analyst (QA) – Trade Finance
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Location: Navi Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst (QA) with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, preferably in the Trade Finance domain. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications related to trade finance products such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and related workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and functional specifications related to Trade Finance modules.
Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Validate trade finance transactions including LC issuance, amendments, guarantees, collections, and payments.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Participate in UAT support and production validation.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and trade finance operational standards.
Prepare test reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
Strong domain knowledge in Trade Finance products:
Letters of Credit (LC)
Bank Guarantees (BG)
Documentary Collections
Bills Discounting
Good understanding of SWIFT messages (MT700, MT760, MT103, etc.) preferred.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Understanding of STLC, regulations, and banking compliance standards is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
