- Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate multi-spindle boring machines for accurate drilling of panels, boards, and furniture components.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and drilling layouts to meet exact specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished materials for dimensional precision, accurate hole alignment, and defect-free hardware/fitting placement.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance like cleaning, lubricating, and changing drill bits to ensure optimal performance.
- Workflow & Safety: Collaborate with other production departments (e.g., CNC, assembly) to meet daily targets while strictly adhering to factory safety protocols.
