Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior projects. The candidate will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and as per design specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site work (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.)
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and client requirements
- Monitor material usage and site inventory
- Maintain project timelines and report daily progress
- Handle labor management and resolve on-site issues
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed at the site
- Conduct quality checks and inspections
- Communicate with clients for updates and approvals
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision
- Knowledge of interior materials and execution methods
- Ability to read drawings and layouts
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred)
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
