About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging & Print Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of packaging design, print production, and artwork development, along with the ability to translate brand concepts into visually compelling designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative packaging concepts aligned with brand guidelines
- Create print-ready artworks for packaging, marketing collaterals, and branding materials
- Work on dielines, layouts, and structural packaging designs
- Ensure accuracy in artwork, including color, typography, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality output
- Adapt designs across different formats and materials (labels, cartons, brochures, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, brand, and product) for creative execution
- Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and printing techniques
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in packaging and print design
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and print work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Hands-on experience with artwork creation and print production processes
- Understanding of color modes (CMYK, Pantone), pre-press, and print specifications
- Experience working with dielines and packaging structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
