Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the entire visa process, provide expert advice on immigration and study abroad opportunities, and ensure a smooth application experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed counselling to clients on visa options, immigration policies, and study abroad opportunities.
- Assess client eligibility and advise on documentation requirements.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications, forms, and supporting documents.
- Keep updated with changes in visa regulations, immigration policies, and study abroad procedures.
- Train and mentor junior counsellors, sharing best practices.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and immigration authorities when needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on application status.
- Resolve client queries and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visa counselling or immigration consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of international visa processes, immigration laws, and study abroad programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple clients simultaneously.
- Ability to mentor junior team members is a plus.
