We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Civil Engineer to manage and execute industrial construction projects with strong expertise in piling foundations, structural works, and site coordination. The candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial projects and be capable of independently handling project execution, manpower, client coordination, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete industrial civil projects from planning to execution.
- Supervise piling works including layout, boring, reinforcement, concreting, and pile cap execution.
- Handle site execution activities for industrial buildings, machine foundations, RCC works, trenches, and heavy equipment foundations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure project completion within timelines and budget.
- Prepare DPRs, progress reports, BOQs, billing measurements, and material planning.
- Monitor quality control, safety standards, and site documentation.
- Read and interpret structural drawings, piling drawings, and civil layouts.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, machinery, and daily site activities.
- Coordinate with PEB, mechanical, electrical, and fabrication teams during project execution.
- Ensure proper curing, alignment, level checks, and adherence to technical specifications.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of:
- Piling works (bored cast-in-situ piles, pile caps, raft foundations)
- Industrial civil construction
- RCC structures and foundations
- Structural drawing interpretation
- Site management and execution
- Quantity estimation and billing
- Quality and safety management
- Ability to handle multiple industrial projects independently.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in industrial projects, factories, warehouses, PEB structures, or infrastructure works.
- Experience handling heavy foundation and piling projects is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
