Sales Executive - Digging
Basic (Must Have):

Average communication skills (Verbally/Writing)

Strong Basic Computer and Internet surfing skills.

Graduate (B.com, BA, BBA, BCA, BSc, etc.) from any discipline

Having a master’s degree would be Add-on.

Minimum 1 Year of working experience.

Good grasp of Excel/Word/Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
-
The person should have the ability to learn IT basic concepts and the PSI offerings.
-
After training, the Person should be able to understand other companies’ websites and able to draw basic inferences like their offerings and mapping with PSI offerings.

Working on social media after training from the sales manager.
-
A person should be able to support respective Sales Managers in PSI for their demand generation endeavors.

Doing deep online research (Websites/LinkedIn/Database Portals) and identifying the right suspects/prospects for PSI.
-
After identification find professional email ID’s of contacts from the prospect/target company. The task will also include finding all other related demographic information of the prospect/target company.

Mapping of prospect/target Company with PSI service offerings and focus areas.

Scouting for similar suspects on social media like LinkedIn/etc.
-
Building database list and also sanitization of current database too.
-
To differentiate between qualified and disqualified records.
-
Responsible for managing database building team and quality assurance on daily recorded data.
-
Responsible to provide ongoing training to the database building team.
