- 1. Customer Handling & Consultation
- Greet walk-in customers and understand their needs and preferences.
2. Sales Execution
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and finalize sales orders in coordination with the billing team.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and delivery timelines.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and convert them into sales.
3. Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Stay updated with new products, designs, and trends in the tile industry.
- Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and displays are appealing.
- Arrange product samples and catalogs for client references.
4. Post-Sales Support
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
- Follow up with clients for payment and feedback.
- Handle any issues or complaints in coordination with the concerned department.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of daily walk-ins, inquiries, quotations, and sales.
- Prepare sales reports and submit them to the manager regularly.
- Suggest appropriate tile products based on usage, style, budget, and availability.
- Explain product features, designs, technical specifications, and installation options.
- Provide quotations and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
