Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out Projects with 10+ years of experience in managing commercial interior projects, particularly retail outlets and QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands such as Domino's, Pizza Hut, KFC, Zudio, and similar projects.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple projects, leading site engineers, coordinating with clients, vendors, consultants, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of multiple interior fit-out projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Lead, mentor, and guide site engineers and project teams to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project specifications.
- Resolve site-related technical and execution issues efficiently.
- Monitor labour productivity and material utilization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and safety regulations.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Support billing, project documentation, handover, and project closeout activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out execution.
- Experience handling branded retail stores and QSR outlets.
- Excellent project planning and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in executing projects for brands such as Domino's, Pizza Hut, KFC, Zudio, or similar retail/commercial outlets is highly preferred.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Location: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
- Two-Wheeler: Must own a bike with a valid driving licence (Mandatory) for site visits.
- Ability to travel extensively across project locations within Bangalore and nearby areas.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
