We are looking for a highly motivated and communication-focused Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Executive who can drive outbound lead generation and support digital growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold emailing
- Lead generation
- Client communication
- Wix & WordPress website handling
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys business networking, generating qualified leads, and contributing to company growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
- Execute cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Identify decision-makers and schedule discovery calls/meetings.
- Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records.
- Research target industries, companies, and potential clients.
- Support sales pipeline management and business growth initiatives.
LinkedIn Outreach (Must Have)
- Use LinkedIn for prospecting and relationship building.
- Send personalized outreach messages and connection requests.
- Engage with prospects and nurture conversations professionally.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead research tools (preferred).
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing activities.
- Help optimize landing pages and website content for lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
- Understanding of lead generation strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Wix and/or WordPress
- Ability to write professional emails and outreach messages
- Familiarity with CRM and lead tracking tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of SEO and paid marketing
- Experience with email automation tools

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
