Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations in a gold jewellery manufacturing unit. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between office, factory, and staff while maintaining records and supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative activities and office operations
- Coordinate with factory staff, karigars, and internal departments
- Maintain records of inventory, stock movement, and documentation
- Handle vendor coordination, courier, and logistics arrangements
- Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR coordination
- Prepare reports, maintain files, and handle official correspondence
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounts coordination
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and supplies
- Handle client coordination and follow-ups when required
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
