An HR Admin Executive supports the HR department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR processes like recruitment, on boarding, and benefits administration.
And also provides clerical support to senior executives in an organization. They may schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare reports. They may also supervise other administrative employees.
Key Responsibilities:
· Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and compensation details.
· Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
· Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
· Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, updates, and answering employee inquiries.
· HR Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and compliance of HR policies, SOP’s and procedures.
· Housekeeping Management: Managing and controlling housekeeping task of factory. Maintain popper cleanness and hygiene in the factory.
· Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
· Communication: Communicate HR information to employees effectively.
· Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of training programs.
