Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional with a mandatory background in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while supporting business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for travel industry roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities, including joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and address employee grievances.
- Support performance appraisal, increment, and probation confirmation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate employee induction, training, and development activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other HR-related documentation.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of HR experience in the travel industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
