Job Overview
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Executive to support revenue growth through B2B inside sales of IT and software solutions. This individual contributor role involves engaging with prospects, understanding business needs, delivering solution-based pitches, conducting online demos, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities
- Execute B2B inside sales activities for IT and software products
- Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Identify client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Deliver online product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Manage negotiations and close deals in line with sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales and lead data using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or IT/Software sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and convert leads into customers
- Results-oriented with a target-driven mindset
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in an IT sales role
