QMS Executive / Engineer – Job Description
Position: QMS Executive / Quality Engineer
Department: Quality / QMS
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Quality or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001 requirements.
- Prepare, review and control quality documents, procedures, work instructions and formats.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits.
- Handle NCR, CAPA, corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and follow up on customer complaints and quality issues.
- Maintain quality records and ensure proper document control.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and other departments for quality improvements.
- Monitor KPI / quality objectives and prepare periodic reports.
- Support 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
- Conduct awareness/training programs related to QMS and quality procedures.
- Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of observations.
Preferred Skills:
- ISO 9001:2015 knowledge
- Internal Auditor knowledge/certification
- CAPA, NCR and Root Cause Analysis
- 7 QC Tools
- Documentation & audit handling
- MS Office / Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
