Job Description:
- Having 1+ years of Experience in Automotive Automotive industries. Automotive Wiring harness, Production (Electronics),
- Extensive hands-on experience in Electrical UG, Auto cad, knowledge of Electrical (Electronics), Electrical Electrical Harness assemblies & 3D Routing using software UG, Auto cad, knowledge of Electrical codes. software Catia,
- Knowledge on Vehicle integration and Electrical architecture of Knowledge on Vehicle integration and Electrical architecture of Electric vehicles.
- Worked on switch board panel and low Worked on switch board panel and low voltage.
- Capable to Design of Layout of Wiring battery, Contractors, Traction Controllers, 6. Knowledge on Assembly of Electric vehicle Distribution unit, to required BHP etc. Wiring harness, Electrical system components like Motor, Controllers, BMS & Other ECU's in vehicle. Motor, Li-ion vehicle systems - Battery Pack, DC-DC, Charger, Power etc.
- System /vehicle level Build and Functional prototype systems & vehicles Power Functional Validation & Simulation Testing of Electric.
- Understanding on Diagnostics of Electrical system, CAN Understanding on Diagnostics of Electrical system, CAN protocols.
- Electrical Part & Function Failure analysis analysis by using 8 D problem solving approach.
- Able to independently carry out Electrical Harness Able to independently carry out Electrical Harness routing.
- Good knowledge of various harness Harness routing with DMU environment.
- In-depth knowledge of wiring harness vehicle on electrical components, supports schematics ,diagrams and innovative –detail oriented ,analytical skill to design new.
- Knowledge of Project management harness components like (connectors, terminals) electrical environment using CAD tools, brackets and other supports. harness design and development as well as electrical schematics detail oriented ,analytical skill to design new system management concepts to meet deadlines & customer requirements Awareness of safety norms, statutory & regulatory compliance. independently Aware of Change & Quality Management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
