US Account Manager – IT Staffing
Role Overview
The US Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, gathering hiring requirements, coordinating with recruiters, and ensuring successful delivery for IT staffing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow client accounts for IT staffing services
Gather hiring requirements from clients and hiring managers
Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams for candidate submissions
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Schedule client calls, requirement discussions, and status updates
Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
Handle rate negotiations, contracts, and onboarding coordination
Track open positions, closures, and revenue targets
Resolve client escalations and ensure client satisfaction
Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business
Required Skills
Strong communication and client management skills
Experience in IT staffing/recruitment industry
Understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes
Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously
Negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience with ATS/CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Experience
4-6 years in IT staffing or account management
Experience handling direct clients or implementation partners
Knowledge of US staffing processes is preferred
