- Cattle feed raw materials (maize, soybean DOC, DDGS, rice bran, etc.) ki sourcing & procurement planning
- Vendor development, negotiation & rate finalization
- Market trend analysis & cost optimization
- Quality coordination with QC team (moisture, adulteration, standards check)
- Purchase orders banana & timely material availability ensure karna
- Inventory control & stock planning (minimum–maximum level maintain)
- Logistics coordination (transport, unloading schedule)
- Documentation & record keeping (GRN, bills, contracts)
- New suppliers identify karna & alternate sourcing develop karna
- Budget control & procurement cost monitoring
- Internal coordination (production, store, finance departments)
- Compliance with company policies & audit requirements
